Delivery times are determined only once the package has been prepared.
Orders received after 11a.m. on Friday will be prepared on the following Monday morning.
Order will be confirmed to the Customer before their Order is completed.
The timeframe indicated is calculated according to working days, which excludes Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.

Dispatched by So Colissimo within 24/48 hours.
SKINJAY offers free delivery within mainland France for purchases over €50 including VAT. Delivery for purchases under €50 will be charged at €5.90 including VAT.

DELIVERY TO GERMANY, BELGIUM, THE NETHERLANDS, LUXEMBOURG:

Dispatched by So Colissimo within 72/96 hours. SKINJAY offers free delivery for purchases over €75 including VAT. Delivery for purchases under €75 will be charged at €5.90 including VAT.

DELIVERY TO THE UNITED KINGDOM, SWITZERLAND
AND OTHER COUNTRIES IN THE EUROPEAN UNION :

Dispatched by So Colissimo within 7days. SKINJAY offers free delivery for purchases over €100 including VAT. Delivery for purchases under €100 will be charged at €5.90 including VAT.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF EUROPEAN UNION :

For delivery outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may be applied and charged to the customer, as the price of our products does not include tax.

IF YOU MISS THE DELIVERY

The purchaser or recipient of the order will receive a calling card with which to collect their ordered products from the post office indicated on the card within the space of a fortnight. After this time, the package will be returned to sender.

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS DAMAGED

The purchaser or recipient of the order should check the condition of the products when they are delivered. In the case of an apparent defect (such as a product missing when compared to the delivery note, a damaged/broken package or product) discovered at the time of delivery in the presence of the post office employee or courier, the purchaser or recipient of the products ordered must follow Colissimo procedure by reporting the damage or missing products, specifying all complaints and objections and refusing the delivery by providing a report of any faults to the post office employee straightaway (declaration 170).
The purchaser or recipient of the products ordered has 3 clear days from receipt of the order to notify the courier by recorded delivery of any incident relating to the condition or contents of the package delivered. TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
You can track your package each step of the way by entering your consignment number on the following website: www.coliposte.net

The tracking number will be sent to you (automatically) by e-mail once the parcel is taken in charge by the Post Office. Parcel’s tracking number can be viewed in your order history that you access by logging into your ACCOUNT.
